There’s no doubt that TechCrunch’s publishing of Twitter’s confidential information is creating a firestorm. Is this information inherently newsworthy and in the public interest? Did Twitter agree? Should confidential information remain private? Is it all some elaborate stunt? Or could you just not care less?
