Forget crunchwashing. To hit the headlines, namedropping Twitter is a better bet. These Twitter stats from Harvard Business School, however, raise some interesting points.
The figures report a gulf between prolific Twitterers - Ashton Kutcher, Stephen Fry et al - and the rest. In fact, the top 10% of accounts create a third of Twitter's content. Conversely, half of Twitter accounts are abandoned after only a month.
So how do we bridge the gap? Being famous helps. But the rest of us could follow Paul Carr's Twitter Ten Commandments. (Thou shalt not shout at the celebrities is particularly important. Hi @stephenfry! ROFLCOPTER!)
Oh, and try not to tweet too hard.
