Has anyone else noticed that London STINKS today?
After checking my (clean) shoes several times on the way to work, I thought perhaps it was just me. But in our office, we've plotted a stench map from Angel in the North right down to Barnes in the South West.
And apparently, we're not alone. The pong has been dubbed 'Euro-whiff', according to The Sun. It's thought to have originated in the industrial Rhineland.
How long until someone cries German invasion?
